I want to thank everyone at OCES for the courteous & respectful way in which I was treated when trying to arrange for some fuel. What I noticed mostly was that no one made me feel embarrassed.

What we do, with your help:

  • Deliver 1,600 meals a day
  • Answer 1,200 calls a month
  • Manage 650 volunteers
  • Provide services to 22,520 consumers in our community

Help us keep them #SafeAndWarm

This year, on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, OCES is participating in #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving. Your contribution during this campaign will help provide critical program support to our community.

OCES asks that you join us so we can raise money for our Emergency Funds program. The Emergency Funds program helps meet the needs of at-risk low income older adults and individuals with disabilities who are in a crisis or emergency circumstance that threatens either their health and/or living situation. All too frequently, these individuals encounter problems that can jeopardize their ability to maintain independence, dignity and well-being.

Your generosity on #GivingTuesday – or any time during November and December – will help provide necessities such as heat in the winter, food, and life sustaining medications to resilient and independent older adults and people with disabilities.

Help us keep them #SafeAndWarm.

Thank you in advance for supporting OCES and for participating in #GivingTuesday this November 28th.

P.S. OCES is also participating in the Amazon SMILE program. Any time during the year, if online shoppers access that site via www.smile.amazon.com, they can designate OCES as their chosen nonprofit, and a percentage of the purchase price of each item is automatically donated to us. Kindly keep us in mind, thank you.
