Nutrition

The OCES Nutrition Program enhances the quality of life for older adults by providing nutritionally sound and satisfying meals. Meals are available Monday through Friday at Community Dining meal sites located throughout the OCES service area. You are invited to attend any Community Dining program. In addition to a nutritious meal, Community Dining gives you opportunities for socialization and education. OCES Meals On Wheels Program

If you are unable to prepare nutritious meals at home, you can receive home-delivered meals through Meals on Wheels (MOW). MOW gives you a connection to the community and also serves as a safety check.

The OCES monthly menu is planned by a registered dietician who offers nutrition education programs at Community Dining sites. If you receive home-delivered meals or other OCES in-home services, our dietician can come to your home for a nutrition consultation. We also provide therapeutic meals for those who have special diets.
